I had the pleasure of visiting Singapore to one of my cherished clients of all time: The Halia.  It’s surreal seeing their new establishment at Singapore’s historic Raffles Hotel as a fitting addition to their growing chain of restaurants (both Singapore and Vietnam!). More so seeing my designs coming to realisation after developing them remotely in Melbourne. It was fantastic seeing Chris and Esther James again too, reliving old times through much laughter and taste-tests. We’re all looking out for their next venture as sole distributors of the world’s finest single malt whiskeys (and more) to the rest of Asia. Watch out for the Raffles’ component of The Halia website, unveiling soon.
