I’m so thrilled to show off these cards, printed by the good people at Taylord Press.

Now I’ve been finding an excuse to work with these guys for a whole year and finally I get my wish granted. The reason why it has taken this long is that not many agency clients were willing to spend the money on designs and ideas that require high-end finish. So when it came time to get Version 2 of my new self-promotional identity going, there was no hesitation. I wanted to work with the best.

On that note, I just want to say that I find it odd that many would want to jump on the China bandwagon (with the lack of quality control and massive carbon footprint from delivering finished goods all the way here) when there are good and more-than-decent print craftsmen right here in Australia. Taylord Press has been featured quite regularly and their reputation will find anyone on a wait list to get their stuff printed and from all the positive press they’ve been getting, would anyone be surprised that they are constantly booked out? James was up from 6.30am the day I went to pick up my cards!

• clear gloss foiled on 1 side and letterpress printed in 1 colour
• black on the other side on Core Board 600gsm card
• 1 new foiling block and 1 new letterpress block produced.
